We strongly encourage carpooling to the event. Due to 4th of July tourist congestion on Coronado, race organizers cannot guarantee parking will be readily available or easy near the start line.
Please give yourself an HOUR to find parking. Please plan accordingly by arriving early.
Parking is only available at Tidelands Park for those who pre-purchased Premium Parking. This option is sold out. Parking will also be available on residential streets in Coronado (see the zones and map on the next page). The race will start promptly at 7:00am.
*Please be aware of all signs when parking, Easy Day Sports will not be responsible for towed cars. Please obey all posted parking signs and restrictions and do not block driveways.
IMPORTANT: Premium Parking passes purchased through the main registration page must be picked up prior to race day at packet pick-up.
All premium parking passes are non-refundable.
Zone 1 (Premium Parking Pass Lot): Tidelands Park is reserved for runners who have purchased premium parking spaces. You must present your parking pass on your windshield to enter this lot.
Zone 2: Parking in this area will be full prior to 6:00am. Cars parked in the Smart & Final or Broadstone Apartment Complex parking lots will be subject to towing. The Marriot and Ferry Landing offer paid parking with rates ranging between $10-$30. Prices are subject to change based on vendor pricing.
Zone 3: No parking. Parade staging zone.
Zone 4: Free street parking. Plan to walk as far as one mile to the start line.
Zone 5: The Coronado Municipal Golf Course located at 2000 Visalia Row, will be open to parking on July 4th. This lot will be full prior to 6:30am. You will not be able to exit until after 8:30AM!
Instead of parking on the island, park on the other side of the bridge in Barrio Logan and Uber across. There is ample free street parking near Chicano Park and Perkins Elementary School, located at 1770 Main Street. Exit Cesar Chavez Blvd on the San Diego side of the bridge. Plan on parking 1-hour prior to your start time.
